  Most fail because of a lack of resource skills…

  You can plan as much as you like, but if your resources suck or are not motivated, your project is doomed…

    I don't know why you were negged.
    I've experienced such problems before and completly agree.
    Lacking sufficient resources will ruin your chances of success when playing with lego. Especially frustrating when someone has the bit you need but won't give it to you because they know you need it.
