    Yep $8+ for delivery stops most people ordering KFC online.. is it the store setting the delivery price or the online partner i.e Deliveroo/ menulog?

      We have no control over the delivery price. It's sad because we lose business when people are deciding between us and our competitors they usually go our competitors because it's cheaper.

    Last time we ordered KFC from Deliveroo from the Fortitude Valley store the food came spilled, potato and gravy everywhere, chips stone cold and the chicken half spilt in the bag with 2 pieces missing. Contacted Deliveroo twice over it and couldn't even get a response let alone any compensation.

    I ordered KFC about a month ago and it took AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES TO COME. Luckily the food was still fresh (probably remade it) and when I went to contact Deliveroo about the waiting time, all they responded was "it won't happen again".

    Whereas with UberEats/Uber, they will happily credit you $5/10 or free delivery for your next order. UberEats customer service is amazing. I am never the one to report about an issue but these two issues with Deliveroo and UberEats made me decide the better platform by a mile due to their empathy and customer service.
