  • $239 at office works.
Do they price match online stores?

  • Cannot get shipping estimate to work. Only pickup is presented as an option.

    • Hi Puka, sometimes our freight tool is a bit sensitive to how the address is formatted. if you run into any problems please drop us a message on the contact us tool and we'll sort it out for you.

  • Is it Aus model

    • It's wi-fi. "Country" models are such because of the 2/3/4G bands they communicate on. This doesnt. It does look like the 2017 model tho as it's running Nougat [Android ] It's the same model Officeworks have for $239 and JB Hi-Fi have for $298.
The 2019 model is the one with 4G.

I was interested in 2 year Samsung warranty for a local stock as opposed to a seller provided warranty, so yeah I think it matters :)

I just googled the model number and it comes up as an AU model.

As specs list usb C AND micro usb, thought I'd check with live chat to confirm and was confirmed it uses MICRO usb,

NOT type C. Still can save $22 delivered from here rather than Officeworks, unless you want to try and "price beat."

  • I've had mine for two years, it's quite sluggish, hoping one day to flash it to a speedy ROM if they become available

    • Would it be easy to get the bootloader unlocked?

      • +1

        From what I read no

        • I have no experience with custom roms, but from what I have read I thought you have to unlock the bootloader and/or root

your device? I would like to put a custom rom on one of my older phones or tablets, my old Nexus 7 ( 2012 )

would be a perfect candidate as after upgrading to Android 5.0 Lollipop it has almost become unusable,

even just using google is a slow crawl.

@ozhunter68: XDA forums are your best bet. I've always had issues with Windows flashing devices but no issues with Mac/Linux
