Is this stuff high quality?
I use it interchangeably with Breeders Choice.
You can't really compare as they are diiferent (wood vs paper I think).
Cat Mate breaks down into powder whereas Breeders Choice goes slightly darker.
Cat Mate seems a little better at hiding the smell.
Hows tracking and dust? Better than crystals and clumping clay?
Yes, much better alternative than oz-pet at pet barn. One bag last my two big cats 6 months. Personally I like kitter litter a bit more, but the difference is minimal so I’d go for catmate if it’s cheaper.
Easier to manage with a sieve tray, but you can save the dry pellets with a scoop that lets the sawdust fall through.

This is the best product we’ve used so far after trying many different types…. and it lasts and doesn’t stain like a lot of other brands… we even through it in the garden bed (not the food one) and water it in no smell… Highly Recommend it…..
also we bought one of the sieve trays from Kmart which makes it even easier to clean.Price just dropped to $13.99!
