The biggest battery I've used it on was a 120Ah deep cycle AGM one. It just take longer to get fully charged. Of cause 7.0 should be a bit quicker for at least $60 more.

It seems to be a specially promotional bundle, the outer box sticker says "Cooler Bundle" and says the additional bonus accessories worth $65. So it's not the usual MXS 5.0 package.
Do you connect the charger to the car battery without removing it from the car?
Will it damage the computer or electronics?
This should be fine for charging while battery is in car. It shouldn't damage any electronics.

The cooler bundle comes with a bumper case, eyelet charge indicator and cooler bag. Decent extras for the price.
Is this charger good for stop start batteries?
Some listings for the mxs5.0 don't mention agm stop start and some do.
Definitely has AGM. It's one of the option in the charging program
