    I went to this 2 years ago and the wings were really good, last year the wings were much worse. Not sure if the supplier is the same for everyone or not, but is it going to be the same again?

    Considering they usually charge $20 for about 8 wings, this is a massive bargain.

    Almost tempted to return and deal with their terrible customers service (Woden ACT) just for cheap cheap chicken wings.

    I participated in the 10c wings last year and they were terrible. All of mine were overcooked and very tough. Not to mention they are smothered in that spicy sauce (I love spicy food but it seems like they made it extremely spicy so ppl wouldn't order another round)

    Imo I would not bother

    I went last year, deep fried chicken wings with sauces splatted over the top, not great.
    but for 10c a wing, there's not much to complain about.

      Yep had my regular 10c wings yesterday at Bowen hills. I like the Buffalo sauce got a nice bit of kick in it.

          Only Beerhaus Bowen Hills (QLD), Kotara (NSW) & York St (NSW) have them every Wednesday. But The Bavarians and Munichs will only have them on the 29th :)

                My question was that if you i.e. only order 5 at a time. How will they keep track of the tally ( alot of people)

                The r eason i ask is because someone said in a post here that it was extremely spicy.. so i was afraid i might get fined for ordering 20 wings at once and being unable to finish it..

                  @ATTS: Last time, they gave you a piece of paper when you bought the drink, with which you could buy up to 20 wings.
                  So I don't think you can order 5 at a time four times.

                @alebox: On Wednesdays You can order how many wings as You want: I usually go around Happy Hour so I get 5 dollar beer + Happy Hour free food and 40 chicken wings. All for 9 dollars.
                I even ask for the box to bring them home when I can't finish them so I have lunch sorted for the day after.

      I know you can get them for around 5 bucks for lemon lime and bitters. Decent size glass as well around 500ml

          According to the Facebook replies at my local Bavarian, the select drink you have to buy is a 1L Stein, which costs $22-25… so you're paying a bit over $1 per wing.

            @zekedot: Sounds like false or misleading advertising. There's no conditions other than to buy a drink. It doesn't say an alcoholic drink, or a drink of any particular size. I small softdrink should qualify you.

    For what it's worth last year they decided to change their offer halfway through. Also these guys are known to take advantage of migrants and underpay staff. Would only go there if I had a chance to send them broke.
