I finally got around to acquiring the Xiaomi Mi Pad I had mentioned before in threads, and am loading it up with programs. Just a note to others: Xiomi is hard to 'jailbreak' (their unlocking application claims it will wipe all of your user data, and apparently can take many hours to work) and their OS is somewaht different from standard Android Oreo. Also no Google appstore installed on Chinese/English rom, so you need to sideload it, and then install Google, google Voice Assistant, Chrome, and so on. Half the Xiaomi app are China-ified and requirie finding English non-Chinese equivalents.

    Waiting for some Gizmoot reviews…

  • I haven't tried it, but it seems there are several reviews of Planar Conquest where the tutorial works but starting a new game doesnt work. Has anyone on OZB tried it and had it work?

  • Card Quest gone back up to full price now. $6.99

  • OP, I believe you can load LineageOS onto the Mipad which should take care of any concerns over MIUI.
