      I completely agree with what they're saying. I use to love Family Guy when I was younger due to the random gags and cutaways, but now I've learnt to appreciate shows with good writing (The Office, 30 Rock, etc). They are so much funnier than this crap.

      That being said, it's still a great price for a cheap laugh.

        I thought it was funny early on too, then stopped watching entirely . I tuned recently for the Star Wars specials, and boy has that show turned into a comedy blackhole. The "Hey, remember when.." > infamous cutaway gags don't even have punchlines anymore.

        Then I remembered years ago when it started picking up steam, at the time I was a dumb teenager… And it all made sense.

      The latest season (15) of South Park is pretty terrible though. So regardless of what Matt and Trey have said, their show is definitely going down the same path.

      But. I still love them both! If you don't want to watch Family Guy, don't! It's as simple as that. Your opinion isn't needed here, or wanted, as I can see your original comment got heavily negged.

      So MrZ what you're saying is that Family Guy is a poor quality show because South Park's creators don't like it. They're entitled to their opinion of course, but it's just that: an opinion. Whether someone likes the show or not is up to them, not the creators of a rival show.

        Not true. There is no region coding for PS3 games but region coding still applies to DVDs and Blu-ray movies. I know for a fact that my PS3 will not play my American (region 1) DVDs.

        damn, I had a friend with the linux version and that allowed region unlocking. Looks like since they removed linux, the region hack wasn't permament
