    Anyone got any good recipes they use for these cuts? I always see people (esp of Asian decent) grabbing these when i go but have no idea where to start with them…..

      Yakiniku means "grilled meat" so I guess you grill them? I would marinade them in Teriyaki sauce or Korean BBQ sauce overnight, then grill them on the pan or BBQ. Charcoal BBQ is best, but a lot more work involved.
