  Doesn't matter, your account won't get banned. Sony only ban the accounts that legitimately own the cards and tried to get a refund by charging back.

    The usual reason these cards are being sold below value is 'the keys that are being sold are bought with stolen credit cards and quickly flipped'. It's the same with the 'trick old people to be buying lots of itunes, taking the codes and disappearing' thing.
