Terms and Conditions:

  • To qualify for the $2 Cashback Bonus, you must make any purchase ($2 minimum spend, excludes fees) at Hey You through ShopBack between 6:00 AM - 11:59 PM AEST (inclusive) on 19 July 2019.
  • Cashback for Hey You is only available when you order through the latest versions of the ShopBack and Hey You apps.
  • Limited to one bonus per customer.
  • The $2 cashback bonus is in addition to the usual cashback you receive for Hey You orders.
  • The $2 cashback bonus will be credited separately into your ShopBack account by 15 August.
  • Cancelled orders will void your eligibility for the bonus.
  • If your tracked cashback at Hey You is rejected, your bonus will be voided.
  • ShopBack reserves the right to dishonour bonuses for members who have participated in this offer in a fraudulent manner (ie. using multiple accounts). Such members may be banned and any cashback on their accounts forfeited.
  • You must have earned at least $10 confirmed cashback from general purchases to withdraw the $2 Cashback Bonus.

    Used Hey You through Shopback for the first time during the last 100% cashback offer. $3.50 coffee didn't track so I put in a request, but it's only pending with $2.35. Should I expect a $3.50 cashback or some taxes deducted, etc…?

    - I ordered and it was cancelled by store. Placed order with another vendor and it was fulfilled. Do I get $2 bonus?
