      Of course they can't be precise.

      The real big plus of a 'smart' scale, is that you have your weight history in the app in your phone.

      I started diet 3 months ago and it helped me alot.

      There actually pretty dam reliable. I got a dexa scan 2 days before I purchased these, body fat % was only .1% different. Have another DEXA scan booked in 2 months will be interested to see if it’s still as accurate. Amazing scales especially for the price

      These are not intended to replace professional medical grade checks but to more towards keep track of health and fitness level with multiple readings and if things are improving that's the main point.
      In advanced options in the app, you can enable additional readings like Body Age, Protein, Obesity, LBM etc
