  • Can it be used to price match at Bunnings?

Why dont you ask them 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

It’s a forum/community, we ask each other questions to help each other out

      Bunnings don't sell these toys

I'm still using these after they were on special last time can't fault them except for the slow charging times but it comes with two batterys

Got one for years, the battery is no good and can't find a replacement battery

  • Ah damn bet me to it. Op maybe include the links to the original 20-60% off deal and Shopback increased amount.

    Otherwise great work

    • Beat ya by 2hrs. Gotta be faster than that!

are these any good around the house for odd stuff once a month or so? also what is the standard warranty - they don't have any info on the SCA website

    • +1

Yea they're fine for the occasional stuff. Bit toyish but work ok. Especially at this price. 1yr

    • +1

I used these to build up kitchen cabinets and also installing a fence still going strong!

    • I used to have some B&D 18v stuff years ago including this duo, they work fine for what you are after and dirt cheap at this price

  • The drill looks like a $20 XU1 drill from bunnings and these are definitely not Black & Decker lol they are generic chinese drills that are all over aliexpress.

The poor man pays twice. You'd probably get this combo kit at toys are us and would be a great present for your 4 year old nephew.

    • +2

They're not that bad for the occasional use. Fit for purpose.

  • Are they brushless?

    • no

  • I have both of these, impact drive is very powerful for home DIY use. Not as a professional tool though. Drill not as good as the drive.
    Good deal

  • got one, just need for home DIY. Thanks op !

  • will this one works as wrench for general car maintenance(with a 1/4" to 1/2" adapter)?

    • I would like to know too

      • +1

        Opposite end of the scale.

Even with pro brands, the wrench is a purpose-built beast.

    • Doubt the torque is anywhere near where you need it.

The sort of person getting this not having any drill at all is probably better off with a hammer drill

For the odd masonry job of a shelf or something. And it can still manage most DIY driving jobs.

Or pay a bit more and at least get Ozito level one.
