Gearbest is the worst! I ordered earphones on 26th June and paid for priority shipping. Still haven't received them!

    • I've always had issues when ordering for Hong Kong, no matter who the company is.

  • Don't forgot to add GST!

    • Damn it. I can't believe I forgot that. Still asleep. Not really a deal after GST, brings it to same price on previous deals.

    • GHT .. lol

No B28 - in order to qualify for OzB gotta have B28 :)

Would probably go the 9T 6/64 for the same price to get B28, better processor, 3.5mm headphone jack (?) and the awesome notch-less screen…

Comparison Mi 9T and Mi 9SE

    • Xiaomi global site says this version should have Band 28.

      Maybe OP forgot to include?

      • NFC also.

    • According to all other posts with the same model (global version), this does have B28 & NFC.

    • According to the GB post and GSM Arena - no B28 :)

    • Agreed. 64g 9T is better in several ways for about the same price.

  • Spend the extra $120 and get the Mi 9.

Some people may prefer the smaller size of the 9 SE

      • You're taking a hell of a performance hit alongside it.

        • Is it really that big a performance hit?

          • @sageco: About half the raw performance in terms of CPU and GPU capability, and a decent dent in the battery life.

If you're just browsing on the phone, it's generally going to be fine, but it's still pretty great value stepping up to the full model.

            • @jasswolf: Sigh, I just want a small, well powered, phone. Proving kinda difficult.

              • @sageco: The difference in size between the Mi 9 and Mi 9 SE is literally a centimetre in length, less than half a centimetre in width, and 20g in weight.

That is so little as to be negligible, and it has a similar discrepancy when put up against the Samsung S10.

I chose the Mi 9 SE over the Mi 9 purely for the smaller form factor.

  • The universally better Mi 9T (Redmi K20) is available at the reputable TobyDeals for the same price.
