    Not a fan of this version with the ball joint - it overbalances the phone and causes it to fall out of the air vent.

    I really preferred the first generation one as it doesn't poke out as much as these new versions. Wish they still had those for sale.
    This is like the first gen Rock one. You can see it doesn't poke out as much but i'm not sure on the quality on these other brands.

    I found these simply do not work.

    The phone will not stay upright, screen will be facing the ground.

      I have a few.. works well on a nokia 7+, although you need to tension the rear pivot gland and also leverage it against the dash, as it will pull out of the vent with bad roads/speed/turns. I've had to repair one with some superglue as the spring rod pulled out the clamp end.

      Are they great in the market? Probably average, but decent for the price.

    I agree that the ball-joint makes the phone too front-heavy and it just doesn't sty in place…

    I don't know why people like this product. I used it and it was absolutely awful. Ball joint and small build make it hard to balance, and getting the phone in and out is a journey and a half. 1/10 would not recommend.
