      It MAY not. To be fair a lot of laptops will charge with 15v or less, but some won't.
      
      A lot of the good USB C docks/hubs (that I've looked at) will only do power pass through for 40W or greater (which is at 20V).
      
      The hub issue is what's stopping me on this one.

        @O O: Yeah I have the vava. The issue is it won't do pass through if the charger is less than 40W (so it wouldn't work with this charger).
