  I tried to order without the code, using giftcard and lo and behold…

  "You can't redeem a gift card for orders in other countries." What does this mean?

        Oh man, you are a f***ing saint!!!!

        I have had the same issue with my account for years, having to always checkout as guest to apply coupons.

        After seeing your message, I checked all my details, they were all correctly registered to Australia … but I remembered when I created my account in 1998(!) that ebay.com.au didn't exist. So after an ebay online chat my account has been 'verified' as Australian (even though I only shop on .com.au, have an Aus address and PayPal), and I can now finally apply coupon codes on the Australian store.

  Purchased one. Better than it looks. 1050 watt, so not lacking power. Paid the same for a 750 watt Wesco that failed on its first hard workout. Practically melted.
