  I can sleep now that I bought at least something. Didn't need this nor the mitre saw but there's far grester chance of actually using this. Also takes up less clutter space.

  This is pretty decent for basic DIY. I had an Aldi/Workzone one that used to go walkabouts every time I turned it on and had to be clamped. This seems to be quite stable.
