    I think at this stage it is safe to say McDonald's is sticking to their strategy of randomly assigning these deals to App users.
    
    I have not even seen a 'cycling' effect where people miss out on a deal one week and get it the next week. Instead, some people just never see the deal on their App and miss out completely.
    
    If the above holds true, is it worth these bi-weekly postings? It is still a deal for those who are lucky enough to get it though.
