So it's only if you are targeted, and only on selected items, and only if you spend more than $120, and only a discount of up to $200, and only if you spin around 3 times and bark like a dog.
'Only', by definition, would imply that there is a singular requirement

…which aren't even listed so you don't know which ones it applies to….unless you go search for every single listing and see if it does or not and then make a list out of that….on here…
Hmm, I found one item on my save list: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/173489438323 which applies…had a chat with a rep and they said only top rated sellers will have it and only selected items of the items of which aren't listed are the ones that get it too…
Meh got targeted for once but code doesn't apply to anything on my list.
Only have had a (apparently once only; shows redeemed now since I bought blu ray set) BLUE5 code, which is $5 off a purchase of $20 or more. Better than nothing.
