Looks like Audible Australia has another free audiobook for members. No idea on quality of the book/author, but free to add to library.

Audible.com.au or Audible.com? I've managed to add it to my Audible.com.au library this morning.
It was the au site, and my account is an au one. Very strange. I'll try again later.

@dynamike: Nope, still the same issue. Double-checked I didn't have my (ahem) Beverly Hills address as my default, AU credit card etc. Might clear my cookies and try again.
@dynamike: I got it fixed eventually on on-line chat. My credit card didn't have a billing address associated with it.
If you go to "Manage credit card" in audible.com.au and hit "Edit" you can put your address in and it will work. Well, it did for me!
Odd…I managed to buy it for $0, and then downloaded it and started listening last night. Seems to be a reasonably good book (apparently sold well oseas).
Seems like the kind of thing ABC might turn into a mini-series or something. City cop goes back to rural home town, mysteries abound about relationships and the past….but it's making for a reasonably entertaining listen so far.
The movie is already in the works Eric Bana has been cast as Aaron Falk

While I’m in no position to comment about this site and its free trial provisions I have read this book and rate it a 10 out of 10. Like most so-called free trials this site might require a credit card to set up an account. If it does make sure you cancel any ongoing provisions for the card to be debited in the future. I’ve known friends, both young and old, who have signed up to similar sites and then been bill-shocked a couple of months later when they have checked bank statements to find they are on-going subscribers to the site.
Audible is owned by Amazon, been using them and they are good, just cancel before the trial if you don't want to get charged. They can also refund as long as you havent used your free credit.
Really, really good book.
