Manufacturing costs come down over the years, especially for electronic products. Anyway how much can they make from $138 anyway, when you consider they have to make all the parts in different countries (With some manufacturing facilities costing hundreds of millions of dollars), ship them to another for assembly, ship them here, pay duty, tax, storage space, personnel costs and all the companies that manufacture it has to make a profit, so does Nintendo and the retailer.
I will probably buy one at $99.

i bought a wii about 2 weeks ago for $188 from big W… i am gutted… my advice is wait…

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that their pdf catalogue is 1.5GB. Why on earth would anyone flick through 1.5GB of big w specials?!

Well it is 132 pages which is heaps mine says 2GB lol.
But even so its still big. Average 1 page is 15mbs? o.o
Is there CFW for the Wii?
I don't know what the new wiis are like to homebrew so you should read up first but the wii's are fantastic if you homebrew them. They make the best emulation box for the old school games for the super Nintendo or mega drive. Then grab a wii clasic pro from ebay for about 10 bucks and you are set :)
Just a heads up; You can buy online for $138 as of June 26 and they have stock. Also add promotional code BDAY5 to bring the price down to $133. Can't find a cheaper price than this anywhere.
