It's on sale for another four days, it should remain available to purchase at its regular price for a little while longer, history shows about a month after the base game becomes free with Gold.
The company has revealed that Forza Motorsport 6 and its DLC will no longer be available to purchase on September 15, which is pretty soon. According to a forum post from developer Turn 10 Studios, the game will enter its "End of Life" status on this date.
After September 15 you won't be able to buy the DLC ever again :( Best to jump on this deal

Lol, I was going to post this too (thanks OzBargain for showing me that it's already been posted, while Google search didn't).
By the way, as has been mentioned here, Forza 6 is reaching it's End of Life status on the 15th of September (thanks bdl).
This means the game and all of it's addons, expansions, DLC (all digital content on the Microsoft store) will be removed on that day.
I have learnt the hard way with Forza 5 not to wait too long to get the DLC, because instead of going on sale, it was completely removed from the store, and the only way I can get it now is if someone has a digital code I could redeem.
Also, and this is important, while the game is being removed from the store completely on 15th of September 2019, I think the the sale is ENDING on the 27th of August (today).
I can't remember where I read about the sale ending on the 27th of August, so I can't confirm it with a link (I could be wrong about this).
But, if you're a bit of a completionist like me, get it now if you can (just in case), because when not on sale, it sells for over $130 on the Microsoft store.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that it's been reduced even further, to just $6.79 down from about $30 when this deal was originally posted.

Yup, nice of them to practically give away the DLC right at the end before pulling it completely from the store. You even get the Porsche pack included with this which is usually not in any DLC bundle due to the licensing fees. What a steal.
