Same here! I stopped using cashrewards because of this and might just do the same for these guys as well.
You guys are not wrong shopback and cashrewards take ages to fufill the reward, sometimes even delaying it more with "we need extra evidence on all purchases"

Same here with the 15% Groupon cashback the other day!!? I used the app, it opened up my Groupon app, bought item with the 10% off sitewide code and it didn't track!! I give up with these guys! The hassle to try and get it sorted isn't worth it.
I have never had issues with both CR and SB if you follow the instructions.

I’ve found it working for Hey You but not Groupon. This will stack nicely with AMEX

Anyone been having issues with Shopback tracking Hey You orders? I've had to request a claim for pretty much all my Hey You orders.
I've not had an issue with any shopback hey you orders. They've all tracked and been redeemable.
Have you emptied your cart before clicking?
Are you version 4.4.2.290 or above?

I've followed these steps each time. The standard $0.50 seems to always track but any time they have a special promotion, it doesn't track at all.
It's because they update it manually when it's more than usual on offer.

Mines tracked this morning already. I even did the preorder thing and mucked around on other apps in between and it worked.
I made sure both shopback and hey you app were closed. Opened shopback app to open hey you app and ordered. Maybe that helps?
