Picture shows class 4. Writeup states Class 2.

    • Where does it say that? D:

    • Both seem to say Class 4 to me…

    • High storage capacity (8GB) for storing essential digital content such as high quality photos, videos, music and more
Optimal speed and performance for microSDHC compatible devices
Speed performance rating: Class 2 (based on SD 2.00 Specification)
High Quality microSDHC card backed by 5-year limited warranty
Built to last, with an operating shock rating of 2000Gs, equivalent to a ten-foot drop **

    • Sandisk 8GB microSDHC Card- Class 2
      micro SD Adapter

Not all devices support microSDHC 8GB cards. Please contact your device manufacturer for details. To ensure compatibility, look for the microSDHC logo on the product or packaging of your new phone or PDA.

  • Anyone got some real benchmarks for these particular cards? Do they do better than 4mb/s writes?

  • on ebay site: Time left:10d 0h 57m

    • On ebay you can make changes within a buy it now product I believe, this is including the price. So I think they would have reduced the price on the existing product and then when it expires they will edit it to change the price back up. You can check all revisions (but just that they changed the price, not the actual price) if you click on "view all revisions" on the ebay product page.

    • That's when the listing ends. I imagine the price will change after 1 day.

  • Perfect timing. Bought a Transformer today. Got a 16gb card from you. Thanks OP!

    Nice price!
I may buy the 32gb version for my Mobile Phone.

  • Cheapest 32GB micro sd I've ever seen.

  • +1 on the deal, I've bought from ApusAuction (Also known as shoppingsquare.com.au) more than once before, great service, no issues at all.

If you don't need the adapter, then the 16gb is $21.95 via their shopping square listing.

Shopbot is rubbish - it's showing $79 as the lowest price for a Sandisk 16GB microsdhc. Staticice shows $23.95 (http://staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=sandisk+16gb+mi…) On that basis, the offer from ApusAuction is pretty average.

Then, as discussed above, there is the issue of whether a Class 4 or Class 2 card is being offered. If a Class 2 card is actually offered, that really makes the price lack lustre.

    • +4

Dude, seriously man what the hell. Lacklustre is one word.

  • Let wait MobileCiti counter this :)

  • If this is a class 4 device could i expect it to work with a new Samsung Galaxy S2 taking video at 1080p direct to the card ?

    • Would also like to know if this is the case.

    Nice and comforting.

  • It's still up!

    • That's what she said.

Price on the 32gb has gone up by $4.

  • redonkulous!

  • Does anyone have the problem as described for the 32gb SDHC?:
    - Can be detected via phone connected through the usb cord [can't take advantage of class 4]
    - Can't be detected via MicroSD to SD adapter [My computer can read SDHC this way, it works for the old 8gb SDHC] inserted directly into the laptop
SD Card shows up on My Computer ~ But when you click it, "My Computer" window freezes. It never unfreezes, until I ejected the SD card adapter (with the 32gb microsd in it), then it goes Please insert SD card.

    EDIT:
Fixed ~ Anyone interested, format the new card via your phone connected to the comp, not in your phone.

    • i have this problem…. how do i format via phone connected to comp? is this a problem with the SD card?

      • Can you see the card at all when you put it into the phone and hookup the phone to your comp? If not, go to your phone's system settings and format the card that way.
Now connect your phone to the comp and it should come up. Through your computer, rightclick the sd card and format.
after that it should be all good

  • I need 32GB MicroSD anyone know where to get this cheap? Ta.
