Weird thing… as an existing customer, I can’t seem to be able to log in to my Shopack account by opening the website (https://m.shopback.com.au) on my phone.
When I click the “Sign in or create a new account” button and enter my email address, it tells me that there is already an account associated with the email, and there’s no way to sign in.
Anyone else facing this issue?
Their sign in page is weird, so make sure you're not accidentally trying to sign up with your email.
