Existing customer can quit shopback ;)

  • Weird thing… as an existing customer, I can’t seem to be able to log in to my Shopack account by opening the website (https://m.shopback.com.au) on my phone.

When I click the “Sign in or create a new account” button and enter my email address, it tells me that there is already an account associated with the email, and there’s no way to sign in.

    Anyone else facing this issue?

Their sign in page is weird, so make sure you're not accidentally trying to sign up with your email.

      • Indeed it is. I can’t seem to sign in at all. Guess I’ll just use the app. Not a biggie. But sign-in is so basic, it irks me lol.

There will be a rep on Ozbargain if you want to get it sorted. Search through the Shopback deals until you find someone with the affiliated tag and ask them. People on here all seem pretty helpful and responsive so I'm sure they'd get it sorted.

  • Can I make a new account and use my same credit card or Do I have to make a new account and use a different card??

    • This offer is only valid for new ShopBack customers. New ShopBack customers are defined as users who have not made a transaction via ShopBack before

  • Thanks, signed up and got 20 batteries from Amazon.
Nothing appears in my shopback yet, presumably I wait 48 hours and hope I didn't stuff this up…

    • same here

  • Just to make sure I am getting this…I will be paying $8.99 for Mount Franklin Still Water 20 x 500 mL and then after 4 days I will get $7.99 back into mu account??

  • Receive your usual cashback within 4 working days. Remaining bonus cashback (to make your item $1) will be credited within 14 days of purchase.

    • Thanks Sraymond, you saved me having a sad that I only got 49c back instead of $7.00
      Wait I shall 😀

    • So the bonus cashback won't be displayed until 14 days later?

  • Anyone seeing the full cashback tracked yet? I understand it's credited in 14 days but at least expected it to track by now.

    • Only the sale tracked with 49c for me, no mention of full deal anywhere, will wait 14 days and contact them if it doesn't come through

      • The item I clicked on wasn't the exact price that shop back said it was on their site. Not sure if they'll track for this reason.
