      No, my domayne order is still processing.
      from my previous HN experience, this gona take a while, maybe 2 weeks. because their online system sucks, and they may not have enough stock even it says so when you place order. they will need to wait for new stock.

      try play other games while you wait

        if you haven't call them, i suggest to make a call. cos their system sucks. after one week, i made an online request, and they replied order been passed on to one of my local domayne store, again no contact. another week after, i called the local store, they said they replied to online department that they are out of stock, asking for allocate from other store on day 2 (22/8).—-NO RESPONSE from online department since then. i called online department again, 50 mins music, was told yes, local domayne is out of stock, now order been generate to HN and waiting for their reponse. i know there's less chance they will have stock and posted to me. next time i won't bargain any game like this from HN,etc, two times are enough.

      I'm having the same issues.. Emailed them Monday and it took them 24 hours to even send an acknowledgement receipt.

      The acknowledgement email said they'd respond within 48 hours. I'm still waiting.

      Yesterday I got onto their WhatsApp to get things moving. Didn't get anything concrete.

      It'll take something special from here for me to even contemplate buying from them again. Ridiculous service.

      I will suggest if you can grab one in-store. Then do it. Otherwise prepare for 3-4 weeks waiting time and endless customer support hotline to chase your order. not worth it.
