You could be right because these types of promotions usually say "while stocks last". This promo is no exception.I think there's still a decent/good chance that you can still get the headphones because the free headphone promo is not by TGG but by Samsung Australia (https://images.samsung.com/is/content/samsung/p5/au/terms-co…). TGG is out of stock, but Samsung Australia is likely not out of stock. Clause (j) states "If a Gift is unavailable, Samsung may substitute a reasonably equivalent item at itsdiscretion. However, the Promotion ends if Participating Product or Gift stocks run out.". So you may not necessarily be left entirely empty-handed.
Checking online this morning most stores have click and collect available so assume they have plenty of stock. For delivered can't be so sore but when I pre ordered in store last night they allowed pickup as an option rather than delivery so hoping get a phone call today to say ready to pick up

Went in store and was able to place pre order. Got the targeted email for extra $80 credit and all they did was make sure the email address on the order matches the same one the email went to.
Keep in mind the $80 voucher expires 7 days after you receive it.
So $1699 -10% = $1529 - $100 gift card - another $80 ,so in theory $1348ish which is the same as EPP pricing but this way you also get the bonus headphones.
I want to kick myself in the head with this deal! I reordered the phone with Amazon for $1599 with the bonus headphone. The phone will arrive tomorrow and I already lost at least $169.90!
I ordered the Allphones via eBay but luckily they accept change of mind as it hasn't been opened. Plus Ebay plus will cover return costs.

there are pros/cons to both. You get a bit more from Amazon's cashback than we would with TGG.
Also, you should be receiving yours relatively soon (maybe even tomorrow?). Most of us will have to wait a while for TGG to restock.
If you absolutely wanted to get in on this deal and Amazon hasn't dispatched it yet, you could try cancelling the order via Amazon Live Chat?

If you're an enthusiast and have the budget for it, you can google for "iBasso DC01" or an equivalent. These are portable USB-C DACs which should give you better audio quality, but are bulkier and more expensive.

I put in my order yesterday and TGG just called me this morning saying they don’t have stock and they don’t know when they will get stock from Samsung so they have to cancel my order. Not impressed. Guess she’s gonna upset quite a few people calling them today telling them the same thing. Then I jumped online and there’s stock at my local store, what gives. This is from Geraldton WA.
Hoping the same doesn't happen here. When I ordered in store last night the preorder phone was a different product code to the normal stock, and today it's showing as available click and collect in store. so the only thing I can think of is that the preorders gets sent from Samsung to the good guys with headphones etc and the ones available online are just the phones themselves which they have stock of
Good point. I did take a screenshot yesterday and indeed the product code is different from the one today. So what you said could be true. I also read in another thread guess it was with JB HI-FI that preorder stock is different from normal stock.

Picked up mine today in-store! The headphones are packed together with the phone. Just note that the $100 EFTPOS card is supposed to be an eGift card. However, I have yet to see any email from them about the card.

The other things,
I did’t pre order Samsung Galaxy note10 plus from TGG on 22/8/19(VIP night). After i purchased i got 2 email confirm from TGG, the date show 22/8/19.
On 24/8/19, i got “Electronic Receipt” from TGG. The date of invoice change from 22/8/19 to 24/8/18. Despite I did pre order within 22nd.
On 28/8/19(Wed), i got the Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus with out the AKG wireless headphone bonus. I try to claim $100 gift card via TGG website and I can’t get it. Then i send message to customer care , finally I can claim it but not get the$100 yet. I think the problem because of the date is change.
Do everybody got this situation like me?
