  • Note: Many sites are for Big4 Members only - requires a $50 2 year membership, if not already a member. Many sites also excluding school holiday periods

  • Inflated prices-not a real deal. I tried Middleton beach & it says $180 for 2 days then 3 days becomes $360. They normally go for 90 bucks a night so 3 days should come to $270. But they inflated prices to say 'stay 4 & pay for 3' BULLSHIT DEAL

    • Hmm - what dates and accommodation type were you looking at?
I just did a search for their Spa villa - definitely the same price for 3 nights as it is for 4 nights: (stay 4, pay for 3)

      • What I meant was prices have been jacked so if you book for 3 days it would come to the same amount as 4 day pricing. For example if you stay 2 days it comes to 180, then 3 days becomes 360. Who is going to pay 180 for 2 days and then the same amount (180) for 1 more day? Then you say "pay 3 days and stay 4". Dodgy! I would stay away

        • I can't find any examples of their pricing showing that 3rd night being the same as the 1st and 2nd. Which style of accommodation and dates were you looking at?

          • @rakeycakey: MIDDLETON BEACH HOLIDAY PARK, Doubles Spa Chalet, selected 30& 31st August 2019 and price came to $180. then selected 29-31 dates & price went to $360.

        • And now the deal has expired….right after I figured out and mentioned it for fellow ozbargainers. Coincidence? the website still says 40 hour sale but OP marked ozbargain deal as expired. Getting more n more dodgy!

          • @dan0909: -Apologies - I didn't expire anything, the sale is until 12:00 tonight, however it was set to midday
It's worth noting that the deal is valid from stays from the 1st of Sept to 20th December, so those dates you chose aren't valid for the sale. It says that above the date selector.

Even if I choose the dates you suggested, I still can't replicate that price you mentioned

            • @rakeycakey: lol…now the deal is live again. are you serious?
