  • Not sure why they need fingerprint security. I would have thought printing Haylou on the outside would stop anybody from wanting to steal them.

      What fingerprint security?

  • I got my order cancelled last time

If you have Amazon Prime, the rebranded Haylou GT1, Dudios Free Mini are $27.99 (expedited delivered with Prime). If faulty you may have an easier time with Amazon. Code JRD68V6I (from under listing) - https://www.amazon.com.au/Dudios-Bluetooth-Headphones-Easy-P…

    • Managed to get these for $18 using that code the other day; stacked with the lightning deal somehow :p

Anyway, they're not bad. Sound is nice, and they fit well. However there's no volume control on them, and the touch controls are really finicky.

      • Yeah the touch controls suck. I bought memory foam tips for them to give a better fit, but you need to take them off when you put them in the charging case.. Which is kind of annoying

        • The tips were a problem for me too. Sony silicone tips prevent charging as well. With a perfect seal the sound is pretty good for this price and type of earphone. Critical listening, wired every time.

        • I had the same issue, just trim the memory foam tips back a couple of mills and issue solved

          • @11hobos11: Anyone know how to just listen to one ear? When I just put the left one in it won't connect to my phone unless I take the right one out of the case too.

@Wombatt: Right is master, left is slave. You can only use the right earpiece separately. It's advisable to always remove right from the case before left for easy pairing (or only remove the right if you want to use just one). Instructions set all this out.

@Wombatt: The recommendation from TheGooch to use the right is easier, but I did find a way to use the left if you want. The method below does not prevent you from using just the right, or both in future.

If you take out just the left and leave the right one in the case, you can pair your phone with GT1_L (or similar), rather than GT1_R (you may need to wait 30-60s for it to appear in your phone's bluetooth search, can't quite remember exactly). Once you've paired once, if you take out the left in future, you need to wait around 30-60 seconds for it to auto-connect with your phone - I guess it first waits to pair with the right and if not found it pairs with the phone.

      • Wow good price, just ordered one

      • So, physical buttons are better? I thought touch would be, since you’re not pushing the buds into your ear.

        • I have been using GT1s for a couple of weeks now and while I'm relatively used to the touch control, I still find it a bit tricky and don't always get the tap right every time. If prefer a button that gives feedback when pressed.

That said, I'm still very happy with them.

  • I hv this. Really pain to pair. I got a feeling my right unit is faulty. My phone only detect the L only. I hv tried the reset method from youtube with no luck

    • I also had that issue, basically hold the touch spots on both the sets for over 10 seconds. For best results unpair from phone, hold each earphone for a good 30 seconds to a minute, maybe letting it flash red twice. This should allow for them to repair to eachother then pair back to phone.

  • Are these really not just rebranded QCYs? Despite the buds and case looking identical and the bluetooth functionality working in exactly the same way?

  • I bought these last week with the Amazon code and absolutely love them!
For <$30 you can't go wrong! I've just bought a second pair thanks to this deal for the family Secret Santa.

  • anyone know any cheap tws earphones with a noise cancelling mic so I can use them for calls?
