It's right there in the title. This is far cheaper and captures 90% of the detail of the UCS.
UCS is amazing though!
The UCS one is so much more impressive in real life.

Hmmm didn't know the old version was double the weight looks the same on the box and I guess Lego know they get more sales at the lower price .
But the poor buggers that had the old version definitely got their stock devalue on release of this one .
