Advice from store rep re eBay deal -

you need to do is click via the ShopBack App between 9pm - 9.30pm 10:00pm to be eligible for the offer. If you fill your cart before this you'll need to re-click between 9pm - 9.30pm to activate the offer otherwise you'll just get 1% cashback.

This is limited to one $5 cashback per person.

      Hi Rep, I clicked on the Iconic 30% CB deal as soon as it popped up in my Shopback app but it was 2-3 minutes before 7pm. Tracking at the time already had 30% on screen. Actual checkout & payment was also definitely after. Based on the eBay rules, am I going to miss out or is that just eBay? :(

      Hi OP, I made an Ebay purchase at 2100 Adelaide time (which is 2130 AEST), clicked through, paid with credit card (not gift card) and item has been sent (not refunded).

      It didn't track… so I lodged a claim ——> and it got knocked back by Shopback (!!).

      I've now had to email through to the shopback help email.

      Argh!!

        I've made a purchase through the app and didn't use the ebay app, does this mean I won't get the cashback?
