That was my thought too. Liquorland it is $62, so assume online only.

Against the law in QLD for a supermarket to sell alcohol, unfortunately.
Why are we so backwards here? On my travels through NSW and Vic to get some Aldi wine I didn't notice social anarchy due to alcohol being sold in grocery stores.
@jazoom: Go to Europe, they sell it in milk bars! You can even buy just 1 cold bottle and you’re not charged the price of 5 because you didn’t buy in a quantity of 24….
Don’t forget to use the complimentary bottle opener at the door on your way out so that you can start drinking it immediately on the street…

I just had the price matched, well beaten actually, at Dan Murphy's Canning Vale.
Got three cases for $38 each.
Showed the manager the Coles web link on my phone. He had a long hard look at it but agreed in the end.
I'm so glad I saw this because when I went to Dan Murphy's Southern River, the cashier wouldn't budge as he actually went on his computer to find that the item is already unavailable so he wouldn't price match it.

Good price as it's on "special" in my local Liquorland at $65. I've seen Dan Murphy's drop it to $55 on special but never seen it this low. As Coles don't sell beer in QLD I'm guessing this is NSW? Dan Murphy's will only usually price match if it's in the same state.

@HD9990: The Coles’ in Coburg, aren’t convenient, but there’s 2 across the road from each other, so I figure there’s more likely to be stock in one of them. I’m guessing the one next to the station is mostly used for delivery orders (as it often has lots of trucks parked there).
I’m not sure why the ID check ones are only selected. Coburg is full of olde farts, so maybe they don’t need to ID check :-)

working again here in Victoria. Had to order for delivery as pickup did not work for me. Got messages that not available in my area (Melbourne). Not really an issue given free delivery if order over $100. Could not find guinness in searches until I changed to delivery.
I've searched 5 days, and the only options are Free Delivery for orders over $150/$250/$300
The Coles site says free delivery in September for $100+. Ignore the deliver cost, it does not get added on at the end.

Get an email from coles at 3:30 for a 4pm pickup today saying "unfortunately, some of the items you ordered are unavailable." Get there and had a good ten minute argument with the coles manager leading no where, couldn't offer an alternative or anything. Fortunately there was a first choice in same shopping complex. Grabbed four six packs as there weren't any slabs left. A young girl price matched despite the web page discretely saying "temporarily unavailable". Get home to discover one of the six packs only had 5. You win some you loose some.
all the more reason I dont feel any guilt getting price match with Dan murphys and giving them the business
