      Bought Onset brand pre-workout from Aldi last month for $13 (30 servings).

      Compared the ingredients in C4 and found same ingredients in similar quantities, 1/4th the price.

      Always read the ingredients and quantities before buying supplements.

    I've uaed Pre Workouts in some form or another for 30+ years.

    jack3d was the best.

    Since then "Total War" has worked the best for me. If i buy C4 it's just the plain original in 60 serve.

      Yeah everyone seems to say total war is the go to now. I have just been through Pathogen and AlphaBreed WTF. WTF I hardly notice a thing, the Pathogen was alright. Have you had either of those or OCD with DMHA, if so how does it compare to total war?

        When they stopped DMAA, i got some from the states (last lot i could find) and i made my own pre-workout with ingredients from Bulk Nutrients. That was years ago.

        Just ran out of C4, will do a search and try something new this week. I only took the Total War as i got a heap 1/2 price.

      agreed, been using pre workouts on and off for about 10 years.

      Nothing been the same since original Jack3d - Total War has been very good.

      The base C4 is basically lollywater at this level. I tried C4 50x and it seemed about the same as the sample of C4 ultimate I tried.
