    phew lucky I don't mind eating "cheap" steak, or if it is pricier stuff I let someone who knows what they are doing cook it properly!

        I choose to boil my wagyu. Gives it a nice watery taste, and adds a little chew.

        Microwave on high to defrost it after it's been frozen, make sure your soak it before freezing it.

    Not too bad for wagyu porterhouse.

    I did get some marble 7 wagyu rump for $20.99/kg at Super butcher the other week though and a marble 8-9+ Brisket at the same price per KG. Fantastic meat.
