In the current Dimmeys catalogue (p6) they have a two pack of genuine explorer socks for $5.99. They are the cotton blend version but are a army green colour with "Go Aussie Go" printed on them (not that many people would see them if wearing boots/pants)
You'd think for a reject shop it would have socks with holes in it :P

Good deal, but you might have trouble finding any. My local store had about 6 packs of 6-10 left - no 11-14 on Monday. I went back on Wednesday and they had ran out of stock and they'd already had a second delivery. Great deal when right next door BigW is selling the same pack for $18.72. I bought one pack of 6-10 but was hoping to get 11-14.

Yes, they are holeproof. At my local store they had the 'Extreme Impact' Holeproof with extra cushioning, arch support - ie. not the basic one. BigW sells them for $18.72 for a pack of 2.

These are the best socks I have ever owned. I still own pairs which are 5+ years old and look like they are only a few months old. They keep their elasticity well and don't lose their 'fluff' easily.
These are perfect for everyday workwear and pay for themselves in no time.
Truth. It takes years for me to wear a pair out, and they've only made them sturdier over the years. Pairs I bought back in high school (a good 10 years ago) have only recently become threadbare.
I'm gonna find all sorts of shit wearing these.

Grabbed 4 packs from Box Hill Reject Shop in size 6-10. They had both the cotton and wool blends in that dark green two tone color.
They are excellent for winter, even just for wearing around the house!
