    Bought one, thanks OP. I was planning on getting an IKEA Bookshelf speaker for $150 when it's released on the 27th, but for $65 more I can pair this with my Sonos One

          So in terms of sound quality, Sonos One is still better than the Ikea one?
          I am planning to get two to pair with the Beam but don't know which should I buy

            @wjojff: I've read reviews saying the Sonos One/SL is still slightly better sounding than the bookshelf, but if you're just using them as rears they'll be perfect. The lamp is the same as a Play:1 soundwise. It all comes down to space (where you'll be placing the rears) and price. The Shelf speakers are quite big compared to the One/SL

    For those interested I got one at JB Hifi for $220. That was the lowest they would go and I had a choice of black / white.
