  Is it free returns?
  The website says "Return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.", but doesn't state whether the customer has to pay for the return shipping.

    The return was approved, I've sent it back - I should be getting a refund shortly.

      Thanks for letting me know, I appreciate it. I took careful note of the 'no returns' condition attached to this sale, so was a bit put out that I need to make a return after all due to inconsistent sizing.
