      V10 should be using the same QR system as the V8.

    I've got the V6/V8 cordless one… nice looking vacuum but the battery life absolutely sucks! Not sure if they've upgraded it since my model (maybe 2-3 years old) but my battery only lasted about 8 minutes :(

      My by is the same but only when it's on Max. If it's on normal mode then it will last 15 minutes.

      Use maximum power mode sparingly. You shouldn't need it for most cleaning jobs anyway. I only ever use it for doing once a week deep cleans on my rugs.

      2.5 year dead battery here.

      It is expected to last only that long. $85 for new battery which will die in another 2.5 years. But then I will throw the thing out

        Send support an email expressing your disappointment. I did this with a battery that was over 2 years old. They sent me a new replacement free of charge.

        I have a v7 and mine died after 10 months. They put up a bit of a fight saying they'd replace the battery, but didn't have any in stock and didn't know when they'd be getting any.

        I waited a week before I went ACL on them and they sent me a new machine after returning the old one, it wasn't easy to deal with them though.

    Picked up 3 attachments for $34 incl delivery, all compatible with my model thankfully! Didn't really need the stubborn dirt brush but it was only $5. Personally I had more use for the dusting brush & up top

    Can't imagine paying the RRP on these!

          Do you know what is the difference between standard and QR? Besides which vacs are supported.

            @lostn: They're sendinge the correct one now.
            They are basically the same thing with different attachment mechanisms.

    I got my attachments today (well, 2/3 of them, the static dust cleaning one was obviously OOS so I had to request a refund)

    Anyway, I was about to get furious and return them as I didn't think neither were compatible with my Big Ball Origin (too small to fit) till I remembered I had some weird attachment that came with the vacuum cleaner & never worked out what it was for. Turns out it was an adapter to make them compatible with the older attachments!
