          We have obtained Australia's AS safety electrical appliance certification, and we have passed the standards required for security audits from Amazon's official Australian site, otherwise it is not available in the Australian market.

            Show us the certificate/test report. Please provide more information so we can look it up (supplier/license/certificate number/etc).

            These are not privileged information and we have the right to request for it.

            Edit: I've also gone through your product images, as well as those submitted by users in their reviews, and I do not see any regulatory or compliance marks on the product. It's not possible to have a certified product without these marks.

        Rep: It's one thing selling an untested/uncertified article, but to quote Australian Standards compliance when it's clearly not, is downright illegal.

        This device can't possibly be certified as it's inherently dangerous by design with all the exposed, albeit retracted, pins.

        Let me know which Australian Standards this product meets. Please quote your certificate and test report number. As you claim to be in compliance you would have been given a supplier number, what is it? Happy to be proven wrong.
