used to be a volley fan, but last pair I bought maybe 12 to 18 months ago practically disintegrated on me in a month. The soles split all over the place.
did I get a dud or has there been done cost cutting going on? Quality was nowhere near what I was used to from years prior.
Nope I think they've dropped in quality again over the last 1-2 years.
I normally buy 1 or 2 pairs of the volley classics, rubber toe, thicker soles, metal eyelets for laces etc.
They are now not even lasting 6 months, and the first pair has split on the sole on the sides where the rubber is glued on I guess?

I experience the same as above :/ I get a little longer but the sole splits or the material comes away from the sole near either little toe
Still my favourite, the red checker pattern - love the way they stick their tongue out at passers-by.
