      Only received it yesterday so I haven't decided on a permanent spot for it. Most likely the TV I'd say. With the new sale I ordered another one. These things are bright and really light up a room.

        I also received mine today but I received a white box instead of the purple one. Specs I line seem the same but white is 2017 purple is 2019

    Hue twitter said 'early 2020' for AU and Europe. Probably a good thing though, lots of threads on reddit reporting on teething issues, so hopefully resolved by next years release.

      Yeah, though it does look really good when it works correctly. I saw a 8x Hue Play setup that looked insane and was working really well. Someone had far too much money to burn.

  I won two of these with a Hue box and honestly didn't know what to do with it at first. I've now stuck them to the back of my monitor and use Hue Sync to sync music or video to them. It's actually pretty cool.
