30% off Foamee Snow Foam Cannon - $66.47 Delivered @ Auto AU eBay

51

Hi guys,
We've just launched a 30% off deal on all our foam cannons on eBay for 1 week only. Get the perfect Chrissy gift for any car lover (or truck, boat, motorcycle, etc.) sorted out early. We're willing to slash a hefty amount off in exchange for more eBay numbers/reviews/feedback so this is only available on our eBay listings.

Why should you choose our foam cannon over all the others?
1. It has a wide plastic on plastic thread design that prevents the bottle thread from stripping (#1 issue with all other cannons).
2. Wide bottle base to prevent it from tipping over.
3. Only needs 20-50ml of the provided detergent to get very thick foam.
4. Free adapter included to fit ANY pressure washer (other cannons provide a universal fitment one that forces you to buy a $15 adapter elsewhere).
5. Free 100ml of Fireball snow foam detergent. This brand is considered a top tier product from South Korea.

If you're not sure which adapter you need, leave a comment with your pressure washer model and I'll help you out :)

    does it fit on Ryobi?

    • Yes, if it's electric you'll need the Bosch AQT adapter (they use the same one).
If it's petrol, you'll need the M22 Male adapter.

      • ive got one of these Ryobi 1800W (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/481787). That also the same Bosch AQT adapter? And assume thats included?

edit: ahh i see you can select a free adapter.

        • Yep, that one uses the Bosch AQT adapter as well.

          • @Foamee: Which adpotor for Ryobi 36v portable and will this have enough pressure to make it work? https://www.ryobi.com.au/products/details/36v-pressure-washe…

            • @ozlegacy: This one looks to use the Gerni adapter. Can't be certain based on those photos but our listings have dimensions which you could compare to your washer end. If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange the adapter for free. It has more than enough pressure for great foam.

        • $20 from Bunnings for a Ryobi brand foam cannon that fits that.

      • So you will send the adapter for free as advertised?

        • Yep, adapter is included for free. Just buy from the product listing for your adapter in the link above.

Can you please advise what the minimum PSI your pressure washer needs to output in order to get decent foam?

    • Minimum would be around 1200psi to get decent foam. Can go a bit lower with more detergent in the bottle but it'll start to get runny. 2000+ psi is when it will stick on like shaving foam.

      • +2

is it not flow rate that affects foam thickness?

        • Nope, it's all about the pressure as it forces the solution through the mesh filter. There's foam guns out there that run on pure air, no water needed.

          • @Foamee: do you have a link to those foam guns? would be amazing for saving water

It seems like people have sort of lost the plot and somehow foam became the important thing when cleaning stuff.

    • Some might say they are foaming at the mouth to use these kind of products.

    • They've gotta unload that PFAS somehow!

    • As someone who's interested in buying their first foam lance, I'm genuinely curious as to why you say that… Mind sharing your thoughts?

You will get people that think anything is a marketing gimmick or not needed. They will say this about ceramic coat vs wax. People try to express their opinion as fact so do your own research as to what something is and whether you need it. which is what I assume you have done since you are considering buying one.

Snow foam is a great presoak to loosen dirt and contaminants and remove it (with a hose off) that may get stuck in a wash mit before washing.

Does it fit the 2019 Aldi Electric Pressure Washer? If yes, what is the correct adapter? TA

    • +1

Yes, the new Aldi Workzone washers use the same adapter as the Bosch AQT.

      • It seems very different. Are you sure they are the same? https://1drv.ms/u/s!AvFOa4tAr6Nis5MBjmsLp5P83JP85w

        • +1

The adapter will connect higher up that wand. So you'll need to remove the next portion of the wand as well and that's where the foam cannon connects.

      • Will this also work on older Aldi electric pressure washer?

    • Aldi has their own foam canon and 2 other attachments for $39. I bought it last week, might be left over stuff. I have to return as it does not fit my Gernie.

  • New to this snow foam thing what advantages does it have over the old bucket and sponge? other then possibly speed but you gotta take into account the time setting up your washer.

You can either use it as an extra pre-wash step to ensure all the dirt and contaminants are softened before doing your standard wash to prevent swirl marks.

Or you can foam up your car and scrub with the mitt while rinsing it every few panels. I find this is super convenient as there's always enough soap on the car (instead of carrying it in the mitt from the bucket) and you know exactly where you've left off.

If your car is only lightly dirty and frequently washed, you could get away with just a foam and rinse.

Also, you can add a lot of different detergents in the cannon. We sell a Hydrophobic Snow Foam which contains small amounts of Si02. You'll get instant water beading that lasts for weeks for less than a $1. Or you could add a mix of Iron Fallout Remover and foam your wheels.

I got lazy now and goes around the car with pressure wash try to get it wet and remove some big dirt, then use the foam cannon to spray the entire car and then have a bucket of water with car wash liquid and start wiping the foam down from roof (top to bottom). When I get to the lower bottom, foam may have already slide off, so I dip the micro fiber sponge to the bucket and finish the rest of the car. Then dry the car very quick using the GREEN SUCKER (less than 5 mins exclude the wheels).

What's the difference of the 2x types above?

Foamee looks like higher quality product?
    Can you confirm?

      1. It has a wide plastic on plastic thread design that prevents the bottle thread from stripping (#1 issue with all other cannons).
      2. Wide bottle base to prevent it from tipping over.

And the deal is not expired!

    • Yep, what "freeradical said above.
Also one of them comes with only 3 adapters (doesn't include the most common adapter) and the other comes with a 1/4" quick connect adapter. You would need to spend another $15-20 to get these to fit to your pressure washer if you didn't have Gerni or Karcher K.

  • I got onto the supercheap meguires deal for $69.95 at supercheap. Sparesbox had it for a bit cheaper and repco as well a while ago. Included the three most common adaptors and 400ml of gold class wash/foam solution. This unit is an unknown quantity at this stage so not a stell ar bargain, plenty of ebay guns that are half the price. I'd stick to the meguires one which works great and comes with a lot more solution.

Unsure about the "#1 issue of plastic threads cross threading". Never had any issues with Bowens, meguires or even the supercheap. The other 'features' are sketchy at best. The bottle wider is not neccessarily a good thing, the adapters are usually included for the $60 price mark and the amount of solution is the same regardless of brand.

    • Thanks for the feedback. They do include 3 adapters but not the Bosch AQT adapter which fits all Bosch, Ryobi, Stihl, Aldi Workzone, JET USA and AR Blue Clean washers. We have customers emailing us almost every day saying I bought X cannon from X store but it doesn't have an adapter for my washer which is a real shame as they have to spend $15 on top to make their cannon fit their washer and now have 3 adapters that they can't use.

400ml of detergent is more than what we're offering (gold class is a shampoo, not snow foam, by the way) but all I'm going to say is check the recommended dilution. We've yet to see another company offer a snow foam detergent that needs less than 100ml to 900ml of water, let alone 20ml like ours. Concentration is everything and will save you money in the end.

If you haven't had issues with the plastic thread stripping yet then that's great. If our design prevents it from ever happening then that's always a bonus. Do be careful however as we sell replacement bottles for the older style cannon like hot cakes.

  • Do you have adapters to fit Gerni sold at Bunnings?

I've heard that the Bunnings one's are different to those sold elsewhere.

    • Yep, our Gerni adapter will fit those with no issues. Some cannons will offer an adapter that fits both kew/alto and Gerni at the same time which could run into issues with some washers. Our adapter is made specifically for just the Gerni brand.

  • I have an old worx WG602E - do any of these adaptors work with this?

    • +1

Yep, you'll need the Bosch AQT adapter for your WORX pressure washer.

  • Thanks for the insane amount of orders so far guys! Very keen to hear your feedback once you test out your foam cannon.

2 days left on the sale before it goes back up to $99.95
