  While it says it has a cost for delivery, I do not believe this to be the case. Keep going through the process and it doesn't charge a booking fee.

    I can confirm - didnt charge me for the booking fee even though it stated $3.95.

  How do people do it? Go to outdoor events in the rain. Are they the same crowd that goes clubbing, that don't feel the weather?
