    how bad is this oil? Would it suit a 2004 nissan pulsar with only 150k km on the clock? It meets the specs in the nissan manual but i've only just seen some terrible (but also very old) reviews for castrol GTX

    Is it true that older cars just don't need full synthetic oils so long as oil change is every 5k km?
