Australia's Own Barista range has been developed to give you cafe quality milk in your home. Made with Organic almonds, it's been designed to steam and froth for smooth, creamy coffee.

We’ve found this milk to be the best (out of the cheaper brands) when frothing milk with a steam wand. Other brands seem to separate and don't taste as nice as this one. Cafes typically use Milklab but it is quite expensive.

Soy also available for $2.80 and coconut for $3.60.

    Most of these use a gum to thicken up. This one has the same as Milklab

    418 - Gellan Gum
    415 - Xantham Gum
    410 - Locust bean gum

          I get mine from Oliver's whole foods. I buy 2 cartons in an order to get free delivery. Makes it about $4.50 a bottle.
          If anyone knows how to get it cheaper, I'll be interested.

            @lasterato: That covers Sydney, there is a few distributors in Vic. Adl/Perth/Bris I can't find any under $5 :/

    What ever happened to Almond Breeze? They do smackdowns all the time and do a lot for the coffee industry.
