      Probably crap without the laser detection, just like any other crap bump and go vac.

          @glenn955: I fought with Harvey Norman and IXL Home about my Roomba 670 for weeks as I wanted a refund on the unit due to how bad it performed.

          After a month I finally got my refund, the appliances manager at the HN store had to dig through the 37 pages of FAQ about the thing to find a reason to deny my claim which was that it won't work in darker rooms or on darker floors.

          Unfortunately for them that wasn't mentioned when I bought it nor printed anywhere on the box or marketing material and eventually the store manager (probably seeing my big purchase history) gave me a refund.

          Very VERY happily replaced it with a Roborock S5..

    I do. It's the best. It has replaced my dyson v6, which is now relegated to dustpan/spot clean duties. Pathing is excellent, especially considering how cheap it is. At this price, it's a bargain. I can't say how well this cleans or how well it paths compared to others, but I can say it will still sell at 400 dollars.

  Just chiming in.

  Mine arrived today and I've already given it a setup and completed a clean.

  I was really impressed with it. By no means do I expect it'll replace my high end Miele vacuum cleaner but it did a really good job. It figured out the layout of my house pretty quickly and then did its thing. Didn't smash into anything loudly, didn't get tangled in any cables. I was really impressed with how it handled venetian blinds.

  There was some minor debris left over in areas but I expected that in this price range. It might improve as the robot refines its map of my house, who knows. Either way I just wanted something to help out as I'm a shift worker with limited time off.
