The stock level on their website is pretty bad. Usually only about 1/5 of my order was shipped, the rest were out of stock. Items usually took a month to arrive so if you want something urgently, go to their stores.
I had to chase them for a refund on those OOS items because they don't seem to track progress of orders.
I learnt my lesson and will never buy from their online store again.
I agree. I had a really negative experience with out of stock items and really rude staff

Ishka literally always has a 50% of sale, it's endless.
tbh they are never not on sale. their promo's are days apart so that products can go back to full RRP (for avoic ACCC issues) and they usually sit in the realm of 50-75% off.
