    I said the same on the other thread.

    This whole cash back thingies instead of making shopping experience more fun, lately turns into something that annoying. we need to spend lots of time reading their conditions, asking confirming the cash back t&C (because they are different each time, keep changing), and then instead of feeing happy after made the purchase, we are worrying as hell about if the tracking works or not. feel likes we've been punished because spending our money. Something isn't right.

      I made a huge purchase which should see a cash back of $2,039.40 if tracked and all that was said is true. If not then I also missed out on the ebay code that would of at least given me $849.50 back so it's a huge risk and stress.

      i know having to read all the T/Cs and ensuring you follow the rule and the time waiting for tracking and approval sux,

      but for me these bonuses are merely bonus, I still expect to get it, but if its the same price elsewhere inclusive of cashback, ill go elsewhere,

      not keen in having to contact support and waiting for them to chase it up,

    Mine tracked but it says needs confirmation with partner site…..

    One of the condition on this deal was that seller mark their item "sent" within day …not sure what it meant? My purchase was tracked within two days but item on eBay was not marked "sent" …I hope I get cashback as I had almost $4000 worth shopping done using this deal instead of using eBay coupon code….!

    I purchased 2 items in 1 transaction, one item was $400 and another for $4.45 total $404.45 and it is showing as two cash backs of 0.34 cents and 0.48 cents and also says available by 12th Nov :-( and they have enquire buttons next to them. I clicked one and now it says reported and I have received an email stating:

    Your Cashback Status will be updated within the next 14 working days. Do let us know by replying to this email if the status remain unchanged by then.

    My transaction got rejected :(

    Apparently you're not supposed to do any of the following while shopping via Shopback:

    "1. Using promo codes that are not eligible for cashback
    2. Opening of web pages (including search sites, social media, store sites, promotional/discount sites) or web browsers after clicking through ShopBack
    3. Clicking through to another page from a banner or an advertisement on the store’s website whilst shopping"

    "Here are some tips to ensure a successful transaction:
    1. Avoid the above-mentioned scenarios during your next purchase
    2. Clear your shopping cart before clicking through ShopBack
    3. Use a Private Window or Incognito mode on your browser
    4. Please disable Antivirus/cleanup or Adblocker application completely as it may disrupt the tracking of cashback"

    I don't think I did any of those things and yet my transaction was still not tracked.

      All I did was click on the shopback app for the Ebay cashback offer. Went straight to my eBay app and paid for the phone.

    I made a purchase on eBay with the shopback cashback promo. Never had a issue in the past.

    But Ebay is not honouring this cashback.

    I purchased a OnePlus 7t pro

    I'm using it now. And shopback has gotten back to me saying I either used a promo code or I returned the item. Both of which I did not do.

    I feel scammed.

      I am not sure if this will work but maybe u can try filling a credit card dispute for wrong amount charged for the cashback part? As least if enough people do this it can exert some pressure on eBay/shopback.
