This is awesome deal to combine with ebay 12% cashback for small purchases. Better deal than CR 11%+$1 deal.
I guess you're referring to this? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/495517
Grrr… Missed it. I needed it to, with greedbay's international $hipping rort.

Hope the deal doesn't expire before expiry date like the last time with the Chemist Warehouse promo lol

How good is the cashback war right now? Can’t wait to get 25% cashback on real life stuff. Take a poo? 25% cashback. Sexual relations with your partner? 90% cashback.

Depending on what your partner has been diagnosed with you may get something back from sexual relations.

You're doing it wrong if you need to pay to use the toilet and have sex.
No where does it actually say that is the link soooo, just says "clicking on a special link on our OzBargain specials page".
I don't like the fact they add in "Any queries regarding missing bonuses should only be made after this date." are they insinuating they know they don't always pay out?
- +7 votes
No - in the past when we ran these sort of offers we've received unnecessary contacts about missing bonuses when it hasn't passed the crediting date yet.
What doozy! Forgot to activate and bought…..suppose I better buy something else
Can I use my $50 Ebay voucher that I go from joining Ebay plus the other day?
Man I bought something at Catch yesterday and forgot to go through any site!
Wondering if amazon prime membership"$6.99" eligible for the $2 cashback. Black Friday is coming.
Cashback is not qualified for:

Can anyone find a cheap 500GB SSD eBay deal? Something half-decent like a MX500 or 860 EVO would be nice.

$2 bonus to be paid sometime before the end of the decade.
Gotyourback, if a store doesn't send one of the items in a large order and refunds the cost of it (poor stock control issues), will cashback still be paid for the other items? I placed a fairly large order and was expecting around $20 cashback.

In these scenarios cashback does void the whole transaction even if there's a partial refund, so it's often best to split your orders where possible if there's a risk of low stock levels.
Thanks for your reply… Thats unfair.
Can I contact the merchant to note on my account on some way that the partial refund was THEIR fault? Or make a cashback missing claim afterwards if I have the email stating they failed to provide just one item?
I'm sure you agree there's a risk of cashback being lost in most transactions where any goods are bought on sale. Or even with Coles and woolworths (as most orders they will refund at least 1-2 items for not being in stock).
Cashrewards I believe, has said that if coles/woolies didnt provide cashback, we could message them and they'd still honour the cashback.

You can contact the merchant yes although we're not sure if they'll be able to pass this note across. To be transparent it's quite a bit of effort for them to communicate across teams to pay on what's been fulfilled (especially if you have heaps of people doing it), hence a blanket rejection make things easier. Claims won't be honoured in this case unfortunately.
Yes you can send a message, but this is assessed on a case by case basis and payouts are only made on goodwill terms.

@gotyourback: Ah thanks, I'll try both. Hope it works, because a lot of the items were kinda impulsive and bought due to the sale and tempting cashback to begin with.
@Bargainbeth: If this ever happens with Amazon, get on their chat and complain… they hand out $10 vouchers and free shipping like cheap lollies. (Pity they only apply to items supplied AND sold by Amazon AU though - even when the original problem was with Amazon US!)
@gotyourback - does this work with backorder items? Item I wanna buy coming back end of November..
Assuming you are referring to Amazon - yes if the item is shipped within 60 days from date of purchase.
Geez reading must be hard on a Monday. First line of the terms;
Limited to one bonus per customer.

Does anyone know if cashback still validates if Aliexpress store coupons are used? They’re the automatic buy over $X and get $Y off. Or is it more safe just to not use coupons at all?
Does it work with Aliexpress orders if the total is more than $5AUD? Because aliexpress orders show up separately usually on shopback.
Is there a way to report the missing $2 cashback? I can't select 'Shopback' from the list of stores for missing transactions.
I bought following the instructions on the 13 September (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/483165) but never got the $2.
The transaction I made that day does show up though, just not the $2.Hi rakkie,
Please send over an email to help@shopback.com.au and the team will check your account.
all my transactions are pending. Does that mean i shouldnt waste my time?
What kind of cheap deals/hacks have you guys thought of?
I was thinking of getting another 2 x top juices from Groupon…but there must be a better deal out thereHi,
If I have cancelled my order while this offer was activated and re-order, will I still receive the $2 bonus?
Taking $5 and giving back $2 is the kind of trick I play on my 5 year old niece haha.
Gotyourback - I added two items from different vendors to my eBay cart then checked out in one go. It totals just over $5 (free delivery). Does this meet the requirements for this promotion or did each separate item had to be over $5?
Can we use code for supercheap/rebel 20% off and still get $2 off?
Provided you meet all the terms and conditions for earning cashback with Supercheap Auto and Rebel (current offers are eligible) then yes.
Dammmit! Found what I wanted to buy on Ebay, logged in and clicked through, only to be offered the same item cheaper with coupon PSLEIGH. Now do I have to buy something else, without using a coupon code, to get this bonus?
Why ShopBack is the better than cashrewards: more loyal to stakeholders (us ozbargainers) and easier cash out process
Gotyourback— After activating the $2 offer, and I click to eBay (or Amazon AU or others), there’s an “Activate Cashback” button on bottom right corner. Does that need to be clicked ? The page just goes into perpetual loading when I click it but nothing gets loaded
You will need to Activate Cashback for every store you to intend to shop and earn cashback with, and repeat each time you make a new transaction. Perhaps try a different browser or use the ShopBack app to see if it works fine?

Pre-orders are eligible for Cashback provided the item is scheduled to be shipped within 60 days of purchase.
QUESTION
Recently I found the Shopback App will Not open the Amazon App on my iPhone. After I clicked on "Continue to App" at the bottom right of my screen
Or after I clicked on "Get Deal"The Shopback App will just load the Amazon website instead (within the Shopback app screen), then I have to login Amazon site again (so it is Not loading the actual Amazon App on my iPhone like before and I checked both my Apps are the latest available version)
It is normal?
If I make a purchase like this will I still be able to get the cashback?Same happened to me on my android phone but once I added items to cart and went to check out I think it eventually directed me to the app anyways
Not sure if that's correct as I received the tracking email yet

I don't get it. All this hype over $2.
Am I missing something? Hi Rep,
I bought 1 ps4 game on Amazon on Monday $68, cashback shows $0.99. Why? It was 4.5% on Monday (now 3.5%) so it should be around $3 (68*0.045), not $1 which means around 1.5%.
I also bought a 4k bluray on Amazon the same day in another transaction $15.49, cashback shows $0.24. Again why? It is advertised 4.5% not 1.5% so it should be around $0.70 not $0.24.It happens twice the same day so I feel something is broken on Shopback. This is the first time having this cashback amount issue. I did a lot of transactions in the past without this issue.
Am I the only guy having this cashback amount issue?
Hi Soulsnake,
Not sure what's going on, but if you forward your order confirmation emails from Amazon to help@shopback.com.au the team will be able to check and rectify as necessary :)
Side note: Cashback is not applicable to the GST component
I've sent my details and invoices to help@shopback.com.au. Waiting for an answer now.
